I started this page to tell of my journeys dealing with back surgery and a degenerative bone condition. I started reviewing books, so you will see more about my reviews than my health journeys. I'll add bits every now and then.

Thanksgiving-Facing Facts

Thanksgiving was great with the family. Later my daughter, my granddaughter, and I went shopping. I couldn't walk down the aisle at Wal-Mart. The pain was horrible. I made it back to the car and cried to myself because I have to face the facts that I can no longer do most things. That's tough at my age and tough if you have known the life I've lived. But, I'm here, things change, accept it and deal!
